Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following bases under the PDPA: (a) with your consent, where you have provided it; (b) for the performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to deliver the programme you have enrolled in; and (c) for legitimate interests, where we have a legitimate reason to process data and those interests are not overridden by your rights.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
- To administer enrolment and deliver the online programme you have joined
- To provide written feedback on submitted coursework
- To send programme-related communications, including schedule updates and session reminders
- To improve our website and programme materials using aggregated, anonymised analytics
- To comply with legal obligations under Malaysian law
We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then deleted. Enrolment records and submitted coursework are retained for 36 months following the end of your programme enrolment, after which they are securely deleted. Server access logs are retained for 90 days.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following categories of service provider, where necessary to operate our services:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers operating secure servers
- Email service providers used to send programme communications
- Analytics service providers (where analytics consent has been given)
